I submitted a sheet of recolored mushrooms from SMB1, SMB2, SMB3 (NES) and SMW (SNES), but it might get declined like all my other sheets. :/

Reshades will generally be declined, but may be approved if the site staff feel that enough effort was put into them. Nonetheless, don't expect a palette swap to pass quality control.
