General Commentary and Game Overview
Well I must say the idea is amusing. I highly enjoy MLP FiM and the idea of Wario fighting ponies is quite humorous to me. But onto the review. It looks as though this is not just your first Wario Land game, but it may also be you first game completely. There are some pretty good-sized issues.

Pros +MLP FiM Ponies.
+An attempt at a story.
+Awesome NES-type music.

Cons -Enemy repetition. By this I mean, use more than 3 types of enemies. After you either kill or run past the first set of unicorns, pegasi, and earth ponies, it starts to get old.

-The dialogue moves really, really slow. Without an option to skip cutscenes, I would have quit.
-Grammar errors. I'm no grammar nazi, but it's still irritating.
-Collision errors.
-Some small graphical stuff.
-NEVER use voices in fangames.

Impressions
Gameplay
4 / 10
--STORY--
So you're playing as Wario who is flying over the jungle when a rainbow beam strikes him in the air and results in him crashing in the jungle. There he meets a young girl named Kia who tells him that ponies attacked him. I got bored by the slow dialogue and poor grammar so I skipped the rest.
--Gameplay--
There are some collision issues, like Wario sometimes teleports back a few pixels when you bump into blocks while moving. The moving blocks are impossible to jump through. This can be slightly irritating. Wario also zooms on the vines. I thought climbing was supposed to be a slow thing?

The moving platforms have zero transition in moving one way to the next. In SMB3, moving platforms would move, slow down, stop, and then start moving the other way. With these, it's like they're bouncing off walls.

And in the third level, there is a part where you gotta jump from one vine to the next, with water under you and cheep cheeps jumping out (and you can't swim, so why have the water there in the first place?). This section isn't particularly frustrating, but it's stressful knowing you gotta get as far out on the vine as you can go and then jump with only about 32 pixels of height between you and the blocks overhead.
--OVERALL--
Not good. The story is amusing, but the gameplay suffers a good deal. However, I have played games with worse problems, so there's hope.

Graphics
5 / 10
They clash. The pony sprites look like they're from desktopponies.com, where quite a bunch of well-drawn sprites of MLP FiM characters can be found. The Wario sprites are recolored Wario Land 2 or 3 sprites, and there's some random stuff from other mario games there too.

When you jump, the floor goes down instead of the background. I literally though at first that it was a level gimmick. This is more of a gameplay thing, but it does go towards the visuals as well.

The outlines are blocky in some areas, normal in others, and occasionally have a fuzzy look. It doesn't look very clean sometimes.

Overall, the graphics could use work. The sprites look good, but their styles clash.

Sound
8 / 10
Pretty good I'd say. The music is some pretty nice NES style chiptune music. The sounds, for the most part, are also 8-bit and go with the music. It gives the game a slightly retro feel.

However, NEVER use voices. The game's audio is fine without them. We know if Wario gets hit when he starts blinking and when we hear the damage sound. We know Wario dies if he falls off the screen or when his vital organs cease to operate. The voices are also a little loud. Other than that, the sound is very good.

Replay
2 / 10
No. Unless you just get a kick out of Wario being blasted out of the sky by rainbows, or watching Wario attack ponies (shame on you if you choose the 2nd option ]: )

Final Words
5 / 10
Wario Land: Legends of 6 Crystals isn't a well-made game. It has its issues, but its story is a little amusing.

I averaged the scores together and got 4.75. That'll round you up to a five.

I did skip the cutscenes. Did you not see how I wrote:

Read this carefully:

It appears I made a small grammatical error making this a bit more difficult to read, but this is what I said, in plain and simple English: "Without the option, I would have quit."

And you missed this too:
