Simple Mushroom power-up How to By: Flametale
This How to shows you how to make Mario collect a mushroom, grow, and when hit by an enemy shrink back to normal, without using any values, just collision and replace- Good for games where mario is only to grow big and small.

i know this how-to's from like... 2006, but damn, there's step-through editor trash all over the events

not only that, but: Repeat -10000 times + Last "Small Mario" has been destroyed? wtf... might as well use Number of Small Mario = 0 even though it's better to use a mask object for multiple powerups, anyway

Eh, you didn't even give mario a shrinking/growing animation and you actually used 2 different actives for small and big mario. All you need is a value to assign his direction/size. And another value to tell if mario is shrinking or growing. This can be done in 2 lines of code, and without a single comment XD Hope this helps :P
