General Commentary and Game Overview
Mildly dark and very comedic humor follows a bumbling greedy man who is foolishly drawn by the flattering deceit of a magic eye, all the time one wonders just how sinister 'Waluigi' can be and at the same time how vengeful... it's not a about them caring for others as much as it is seeing two villains trying to deceive each other and define who is truly the puppet-master.

Easily one of the best 'platforming' games ever made, if not by official standards- then at least by fan-gaming ones.

Pros Combines Kirby, Yoshi, and Mario game-play.
Has some of the best designed boss fights.
Money = fun unlock system and set records.
Can use foes powers against other foes.
Level design is simply diverse.

Cons Changing the 'Eye' angle quickly is hard.
Bosses so good... could use more than '10'.
Could have used money investment mini-game.
Need foes with 'smart block and shoot'.
Could have used more levels and vehicles.

Impressions
Gameplay
9 / 10
Not just a 'platformer' with 'collectables' inside a 'time-limit' but a reward system for completing with speed and amount... story helps since this is about an anti-hero helping a villain dethrone greedy kings, it leads to a very fulfilling adventure that makes one question whether some baddies are actually worth helping when the villain goes too far and the hero gambles on the subordinate betraying their master...

Graphics
10 / 10
Solid choices and good use of sprites, backgrounds, themes, foes, effects, weather, color filters, and color palettes. Nothing really clashes despite being customized or from different games.

Sound
8 / 10
Decent use of various game tracks outside 'Mario' however can sometimes feel a little too similar to game of origin or just not 'Waluigi' enough... could have used some big bad 'Waluigi' tracks from 'Mario Party 3'.

Replay
9 / 10
Weapon system allows for incredible flexibility in battling unusual bosses, foes, and obstacles- all requiring minimal damage (to user) and quickest time to improve monetary score... unlocking great hidden levels and all this adds tremendous replay value... everything 'Toad Strikes Back' lacks in 'Improve Score Value' is found in this game.

Final Words
9 / 10
'Psycho Waluigi' is very different from the 'Toad Strikes Back Series' and should be seen as an amazing hybrid between 'Mario' and 'Kirby'.
