General Commentary and Game Overview
Uhhh... y'know, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who's noticed, but, uhhh... hasn't there been a trend of "SUPA DIFFICULT MAWIO EXTREEM GAEM" games? Or maybe it's just me.

First of all, don't fret. This game isn't that difficult. At least what I've played so far, anyway.

Secondly, it's made with Hellos' Engine.

Guess you can see the rest of this review coming a mile away, eh?

Pros + Well, uh, what do I put here?
+ Well, music's not too bad, I s'pose.
+ Graphics don't gouge my eyes out.
+ All in all, has aesthetic appeal.

Cons - Hello's not-so-wonderful engine, which has a lot of bugs.
- There seems to be even more bugs this time around, inexplicably.
- Yet another SO DIFFICULT RARGH HARDCORE game.
- Exploding Buzzies? I mean, really?
- Oh gee whiz, for a super-tough game, it sure feeds you a lot of powerups.
- And no time-limit?
- A glitch in the game allows you to wait for like a few minutes or so, then proceed easily because half of the enemies will have fallen into pits by then.
- A few more glitches that the creator acknowledges, but does not attempt to fix.
- They're pretty amateur glitches, too.
- Some bad presentation, no warp pipe animation nor the flagpole.
- Minimal effort was given to fix the flaws, yet they are noted in the help file.
- All in all, fair concept wasted on a terrible engine.

Gameplay
2 / 10
If you've played one Mario fangame, you've played them all.

This is yet another "SO DIFFICULT WOMEN SCREAM IN FEAR" game, which has been done... many... many times before.

Okay, well, the game uses Hello's Engine. By now you can pretty much sum up the entire Gameplay section with that sentence, call it a day, and the review'd still be accepted; what else can you say that hasn't been said countless times before?

However, this time around, the engine seems... worse. Almost like it was a beta version or something. Of course that's not a good thing.

Enemies float for a while before dropping off, some of them get stuck under the floor and don't fall, there's some collision issues, and everything else; flagpoles are added but not used, warp pipes just shoot to the next room, no animation... just generally unpolished.

Not to mention some other gameplay issues. Exploding Buzzies for one (of course, the first time it happens, you'll never fall for it again, depleting the "DAMN THIS IS HARD" factor) and fake and real platforms interchangeably. This deserves its own paragraph.

There's a few false platforms in the game, which are gaps that look like platforms. Then there's some platforms that are supposed to be background tiles, but they're really platforms. Yeah, sure, this makes a game more difficult, but it's such a tired concept. Plus it adds less "SO HARD ARGH" and more trial-and-error. Instead of being truly difficult, it boils down to memorization.

And it sells itself on the "DIFFICULT ROARGH" concept, even though it's not very difficult at all.

Oh, yes, and there's at least one level where if you die, you don't lose a life because there's a 1-Up at the very beginning. This makes the level extremely easy; why worry about fake platforms or enemies when you can just die as much as you want? Also, you can collect coins and die right before the end or something, and gather infinite lives easily. Breaks the "difficult" concept, doesn't it?

Gameplay gets a two, mainly because it seems to do worse with the Hello Engine than normal.

Graphics
7 / 10
The graphics are the Super Mario Bros. graphics recolored. Like it's not been done before, am I right?

However, they don't make me want to gouge my eyes out. I suppose that's worth something... like maybe a seven.

Sound
3 / 10
Overused midis... predictable ones, too... and the same old sound effects, although, yeah, there's not a wide selection there.

The music's not bad, but there's nothing you haven't heard. You might as well just mute it and play some other music or something.

So, so predictable, so, so three.

Replay
1 / 10
Not that there's a whole lot of replay to be had. The game's linear, there doesn't seem to be any secrets, and furthermore, it's just not good in the first place.

I don't need to say anything else.

Final Words
2 / 10
Hello's Engine. Good-bye originality.

For cons, it looked more like you were nitpicking about the little things instead focusing on the game as a whole. You said glitches at least 4 times.

Well you can't just say "as a whole the game's pretty good except some glitches lets move on" and not say the glitches. That leaves it up to guesswork, which isn't good with a review. You have to have some level of preciseness with them. You can't just say, "Oh hey, there's a glitch, but look at this guys" and move on.
