Runs with java8. 160+ levels, not counting parallel and "rooms". Actually: these are like 3 in 1 games: 30 classic levels, 100 alternative, 22 creative, + special (there is a semblance of a quest) and hardcore. Secrets in the "standard" levels - in some ways imitate the spirit of the classics (as if without hints), but you do not need to search by touch - as it happened in the classic smb. Secrets in alternative levels - are found mainly with the help of attention and ingenuity.
This is done with the editor "super mario bros game & builder" and is very easy, but it is a little unfinished - be careful with glitches. Warp pipe + orange pipes of the level - do not combine. The star cannot be placed higher - than the 4th block, counting from the top (it cannot hit the screen). You cannot touch the block above your head - if your legs are under water and behind the screen. Meaning: during the game, but in the editor - blocks over the abyss should be placed at a distance of at least 4 cells (*2 blocks) - so that this does not happen in the game. *When the source began to weigh about ~520-570kb - accidents with saving began to happen. The bug itself - could have started earlier, but not act on luck or I do not remember what I did (when it was difficult - I rarely did) or I think that I dreamed. The process done - sometimes was not saved: the date (time) of the file did not change and nothing could be done about it, only to reboot the system (no - the editor did not freeze, but when restarting - it also did not save the process). Maybe: this is because of the number of levels (~420-460). Or maybe: these are problems with my computer, it is a little harmful. I began to always keep the window with the source in sight, save more often and each time looked at the time of the change. It is unlikely that anyone will want to do so much or will do so much, but it does no harm to warn.
