Baby Wario and Baby Bowser are also playable, supposedly. :o As of now, the game is set to release in November in North America, and December in Europe. The dates could change however. |

Wario IS a playable charactor because of Box Cover! It HAS Wario ON Yoshi's back and Bowser is TIPPE TOEING on a yellow Yoshi so I don't know if Bowser is in the game or not. |

In the fall 2006 Nintendo DS guide, it says that Baby Wario is a playable character from the start. I've heard you can unlock other babies, like Baby Bowser ;)
