Maybe that's why this update is 12 hours late. Besides watching too much baseball, I've been a bit busy on my own projects, so this is a small update. Recent Additions Games

So, NCFC is coming up pretty soon. I'm going to try to get a demo for my game up and have a booth. I may consider posting it here on MFGG too, but I need to still polish it a bit more. I'm glad I'm not using the *cough cough* , overused Hello Engine anymore. -_-

I have a question. Why don't you guys remake MFGG into a Nintendo Fan Games Galaxy? I think allowing people to submit sprites from ANY nintendo franchise would be pretty cool. I have some Kirby sprites that I would love to submit.

Technically, they would allow them, if they were in a Mario game style... EX: Kirby in M&L3 style, Samus in Paper Mario: TTYD style, Link in M&L1 style.. I think they accept those. |

What he was suggesting was that it be converted to a general Nintendo oriented fangaming site. Since that particular niche has been vacant for quite some time now (Fangamez.net died some time ago and I don't recall any other sites that tailored to it), I think it's a great idea. Sure, it would take a while, but it would ultimately help the site gain more activity, which is the goal at the end of the day. Well, that and more worthy content for the main-site, but they go hand in hand really so it's a moot point. |

I always thought it would be cool to have a separate main site for indie games and other non-Mario stuff, although I don't know if it could ever become a reality, now that Char's gone. Also, we decided earlier this year that DKC fangames were acceptable, although we don't get many Donkey Kong-related submissions and there's never been many DKC games on the forums. |
