Yeah, but a little on the boring side. So let's give a little review on everything in this update, shall we? Abducted Toad: Splendid! This was an excelent game and I could not have found any flaws. Execpt for the fact that your aura power sucks. It sucks since it has a very small range and it only lasts for a second before it goes away and you have to press the attack button again. The Lakitus are very annoying and I got butchered on the sky level. The water level with the torpedo teds are really annoying since it's just [kinda] enemy spamming. I'd be cool if you went to a submerged - with - water - temple and find a giant boss that guards a treasure chest and when you beat the boss you open the chest and you get those endlevel objects. The overworld music really sucks. It just sounds really bad. You'll know when you actually play the game. Overall, great game! 8/10. Mario Party 3 Items: I really liked this rip although it seems kinda JPEGy. 6/10. Review: SMB Old RMX by smbmaster99 It's a treat. It's lengthy enough for me to not complain and it has good points. Review: SMB Old RMX by Zero Kirby It's actually good as smbmaster99's review. Enough said. Review: SW&THOTFT[Finished] by JimmySH Lengthy enough, good points. Review: M&LFMG by Kiddiecat This was a bit shorter than the other reviews and that really dissapoints me. Luckily it had good points and I agreed with it all the way. So there's my review on everything. |

I've sent in more sprites, dunno why updates take so long. It can't be that hard just to check every submission, it should only take 10 mins.

I did review the update. As I said, Abducted Toad was great, but not really outstanding. So not really, all the submissions were normal. And CopperMario, it won't take that long since everybody submits like 70 submissions a day. Not five, four, six, ten, no. I shouldnt be the one telling you this since I'm not part of the Quality Control, Vinny, Chayoxs or whoever can tell you about that one. |

And that takes quite a while. If your submission is mediocre or already have been done, they have to take more time out of their day to see if it's worthy, and it would take even a longer time. I estimate we get approximately 200 submissions per month. Reviews can usually be accepted or declined very quickly, unless they're borderline-quality, while game submissions take more effort because we always play them before processing them.

Plus the additional time it takes to ensure that you haven't submitted the same sprites that already are on the site (this site used to have a crapload of duplicates until Black Squirrel initiated his Spring Cleaning project). And with the amount of sprites on this website, especially when some are still categorized incorrectly from the old days, that can take an unnecessary amount of time. |

Now, what I think about the quality control... My submission was declined (the custom 25th blocks, sorry for everyone that possibly wanted it), because it was a simple edit. But, I have to say it, my sprites weren't a simple edit. I've taken VERY much time to make the M&L3 ones, especially the NSMBW one. I really don't think this is fair... |
