We never prohibited games made with the Hello Engine. However, engine-based games must be fully playable, which theblackwolf's games certainly are.

General rule of a game being accepted is that it is: A: Playable from beginning to end. B: Does not violate any rules of conduct, (such as trolling another user) C: Is not stolen from another user, or another website. A premade engine based game can be accepted as long as its not violating these rules, |
