Y used doku's mario for ref. Hmmm. I noticed the similarity. Good shading, but you need to know how to animate. It looks crude and unanatomical This word exists??. And please, REDO the koopa troopa. They aren't THE SAME STYLE.

True, but it doesn't match the style, and I personally think the Koopa is just ugly. None of your enemies match Mario's style...also, Wario is very good, but Luigi and Waluigi suck. No other way to put it. Overall, great sheet. 90% of the animations are great, but there are some that could use some smoothing out, that seems to be your biggest problem, smoothness. You're on the track to become a truly awesome spriter, you're innovative, unique, creative, and thorough.
