WORLD 2 is now here!

Ok I decided to tone down the graphics a bit, so don't think your going blind ;).

Also I decided to cancel the variable jumping thing because I feel it was not needed. Sorry, but I just didn't want it in my game.

Right now I only have a Demo version. The full version will have a ~*LEVEL EDITOR*~ and 6 different worlds.

Story: just download and press F1 to view story.

08/22/07  world 2 is here. and many other stuff. The password thing doesnt work though, so i added a shortcut to world 2 in the title.

cool! game! fourth download and fourth view~ nice puzzle/action themed game! really challenging, and fun! nice sprites, too!

I liked this. It's original and well executed game.

I got only one suggestion:
Restricting the maximum amount of blocks on the screen at once may add a bit more "puzzle" value to this.

nice gameplay, very nice, has some good qualitys but the jumping as blue flame said is kinda needed and sometimes it was hard to see the elements to get to the next lvl, besides that its good

BTW play in full screen for best results ;) (press F4)

Also what do you mean by variable jumping? I don't know what that means.

The longer you hold the button, the higher Mario jumps. Example, a short tap is a small one block jump, while a full hold is about four/five-ish.

Not that hard to add.

Nice game, some tips :

1. The neon : stylized, but headache enducing.
2. Sometimes unfilled blocks can be arranged in alternate diagonal lines, and it's hard to see what's a space and what's a block.
3. The music gets kind of annoying

Apart from that, really good job! It looks promising (very solomon's key-like)

dude i would be glad to E-mal you my old sprites if you deside to make a sequel...My programming sucks, so I stoped trying on mine when i saw yours....Tell me your email and I'll send them to you...Unless I can send them through the site email...I cant send it through the site...I checked, i cant send pics

ok...If I can find them i will...I thought I had them in my pics but there not there...I'll look for them...If i find them I'll try to send them....I might have deleted them by accedent, when I was working on collecting sprites for a game...Sorry...I looked with computer search and its gone...Its really not hard to make though...Just turn all of the dark colors a dark blue and all of the normal color normal blue and then light light blu so on so on.....as a matter of fact I might use a how to and create new sprites and try mine again...

That was a good game, but the colors hurt my eyes a bit.I also recommend making the keys to open locked doors a different color than the blocks.Try making the key red.

Could you maybe add a boss mode after you beat the full version? Oh, and you have to unlock the level editor when you get a certain amount of points. Maybe, so the little box things are worth collecting.

Ok good idea ;)

As for the colors, i will try to tone down the green tiles just a bit.

I'll make a boss mode and have it be unlockable at the end of the game. (you'll have to type in a password code to enter it, but i havent done the Enter password part yet). As for the yellow cubes, I decided to change their purpose and made them act just like coins. If you collect 100 of them you'll get a 1-up.

For the level editor, I just want it to stay open for use at any time in the game.

ok, so I beat the demo version, I can't wait for more to be added to the game, and how about you make multiple difficulties like easy mode where you have unlimited blocks to place and remove, and normal and hard mode where you have a limited number of blocks you can place or remove?
