General Commentary and Game Overview
Okay, after playing the game from start to finish, I can honestly say this.
You definitely put effort into this game, I can clearly see that. However, the hand-drawn style... you may want to practice on a bit more before using it in a game. The physics were a little quirky too, you might want to try and refine those some. The sound wasn't the worst, but it could use some improvement. If you can get smooth loops working, it would do wonders for the music. As for the game idea itself, it wasn't bad at all really. All in all, this game is alright, but not the best.
Pros + It was playable
+ Had a bit of the Wario game feel
+ Mostly original enemy designs
+ Diversity in level themes
Cons - Level design could really use improvement
- Music got a bit annoying
- Physics were a little buggy
- Graphic style needs work
6 / 10
The gameplay wasn't actually that bad, despite the little physics issues here and there.
4 / 10
I like the hand-drawn graphic style of Wario Land Shake It as much as the next guy, but your artwork could use some practice. You may want to stick to sprites in the meantime.
5 / 10
The sound was okay, but it didn't exactly pack a punch. Some of the interactions in the game felt bland. I couldn't help but chuckle at the sound used when Wario encountered the shark boss though.
7 / 10
Honestly, if you revamped this game later with improvements to lessen or entirely remove the flaws (good luck with that, these game maker programs kinda suck), I'd definitely give this another go!
Final Words
7 / 10
While in need of some improvement, it's worth at least giving this game a try. With work, this could be the start of a really good game!

Honestly, you need to work on your reviews for the future. This is needlessly short. You also listed pros and cons without mentioning them in greater detail in the "meat" of the review.

For example, you mentioned that you had a problem with both the level design and physics but didn't go into any specifics regarding either. You didn't even mention music in the Sound section nor how it might have annoyed you.

I'm actually surprised that this review was accepted with how short it is.

Really. You're gonna whine about a short review. Do you really have nothing better to do, or is everyone at MFGG this unpleasant?
