SonicZetrex1 If this is the competition of making the worst games in MFGG, this game should be on the list. -_- 1 / 10
rchammer97 It's playable. But only for a few minutes before you realize you could go watch the hairs grow on a moose's scrotum and get more out of the experience. 3 / 10
Q-Nova Super Mario 2D Land?! More like "Gatete Engine 7: Boring Levels Edition". 2 / 10
Sr.Wario Not worth your time. It wasn't worth mine. A wholly uninteresting and boring collection of not cohesive levels. 3 / 10
Mors Whazzat? Moonrat made a Dragezeey Clone, THE WORLD IS ENDIN'!!11!!!111!!111ONE1!111! 1 / 10
DJ Coco If you really consider downloading this, take a good look at the screenshot and think if it's really worth your time. Spoiler: It isn't. This is the most effortless engine edit I have seen in a long time. CatY, think about making your engine public again. 1 / 10
Willsaber The game is really good. If the graphics are updated to Nintendo or Fangaming styles, then it would be great! There is excellent variety in levels, amazing run-through gameplay, and is just really worth your time! 8 / 10
Cap'n Coconuts It seems that Hello's engine is not the only one with banal engine clones. 4 / 10
Syr Meh. No story. Very boring. That aside, I know you just wanted to make some Mario levels and see if people could beat them. But... there's a difference between submitting a Game and submitting an uninspiring compilation of Mario levels with no apparent purpose other than to annoy you. Come up with a creative story, add somethings, subtract, rebuild and try again. The engine made by 'Zee is ok but this demo wasn't interesting at all. 3 / 10
Ryan Silberman Where's the love?

This would've been at least a 4 if not for some major oversights and lack of effort.
3 / 10
SuperMuppet The most boring engine-based game I've played. 4 / 10
Average Score 3 / 10

As I said on the forums, you mixed lots of themes in World 1 (beach, ice, grass?!?) That could be weird.

You didn't fix any of the issues that we pointed out on the forums. The level design is still really boring, there are still collision bugs, and it still looks and plays like a clone. Sorry, but this is really not a good game. :(

EDIT: Also, the background in 1-3 hurts my eyes (the way it moves), and there's still animals popping out of it which makes no sense since the background moves. Like I said before, you should just have a still background in that level so it won't hurt people's eyes and it would actually make sense.

You're not the only one. Though it was more of "ugh pain" then physical pain (level 1-3)

I hope multiplayer is fully implemented by the time it's fully finished, it looks fun! But level design could use a bit of a touch up.

First, thank you for not using my engine correctly.

Second, all the levels of this demo are poorly designed. Here's a tip, grab a pencil and a paper and draw some sketches of how the levels will look like. That will help you a bit when designing levels.

Third, try to not use MIDI files on the engine, a good option for music are .ogg files. There's a few OGG extensions around this website, take your time and give them a look to see what's the most easier for you to use.

That's all i'm gonna say.

No point in me reviewing but at World 2 on the castle there is a bug. I died there and when I went to try again it gave an error, something like no room after last room on the level loader. Look into that and the suggestion mentioned by the peers.

Mario quite literally bailed on me when I played this. I got to the map screen after I believe 2-1, and tried to go back to World 1, and he just flew away.

The gameplay is not so good. Nice attempt, moonrat.

Well, the springs, honestly, the way they acted reminded me of Super Mario Power Up. In my honest opinion, the graphics were overused, or something fishy like that. I can't even describe it. The levels are just plain boring, sometimes. I don't actually remember anything creative. I think the engine must've been used the wrong way. But thanks for still putting in some effort, moonrat.

Yeah, it's a bad idea to do that, most of the time, if your actually making a non-joke Mario fangame.

3D Land wasn't too consistent on level themes, either

Even the Mario in the screenshot knows that clicking that Download button is a horrible idea.
