I'm afraid there's nothing I can do about that, sorry.
The levels simply don't load on some computers, and I have no idea why.

Nope.

There's just the one little test area; this game's abandoned.

What a fun little game!

My biggest problem was when I'd accidentally aim outside of the window, and bring to front the folder behind it.
I guess I'll just play it over the desktop next time.

Awesome. I wish I'd had this tileset three years ago.

It certainly is a unique experience...
I encountered a bug of sorts, though. After just having fought the MSpaint Roller in the triathalon, I wandered off to the right, and ended up falling right off the platform and off the screen.
Rather annoying, to say the least, as I couldn't continue without restarting completely.

Ooh, I'm loving the sprites in the 3D environment; they look quite nice.
You're gonna have to come up with some good ways to make it more interesting to play, though. Right now, breaking blocks and collecting things in 3D seems like a chore.

Oh, and I found a bug: if you jump above a goomba and fire a fireball, you can kill the goomba, despite it and the fireball being at very different heights.

Hmm... Actually, I've heard that happen before. I think it's because the level doesn't load for some reason. It must be computer-specific, but I've never actually witnessed it.

Sorry, comedy. I don't know why, but I'm afraid it just won't run on your computer.

Hmm... I can't figure out how to update, so I'll just post here:

--- OPEN-SOURCE VERSION ---

...Have fun, take what you want, and read the readme first (at least some of it).
And don't say I didn't warn you: this game is a mess.

Well...
I suppose I could just release the source for this thing, but keep in mind I had VERY GOOD reasons for abandoning it. It's exTREMEly messy, unacceptably buggy, and, overall, quite poorly organized.
It was good practice for some cool techniques (as well as a lesson in how NOT to organize a game), but I really don't think what's here can be turned into something finished.

Nonetheless, if people want me to, I suppose I could release the source.
If nothing else, there might be a couple of interesting ideas that can be torn from this thing...
