I've made an account just to help you! If you're like me, you got it in a .zip file, got Express zip and tried to run the .exe from inside the package. Error. You then took just the .exe out to Desktop. Error. Perfectly fine. Here's what to do. Highlight ALL of the files and extract them to your desktop. Now hit that koopa and you're playing. It's been a while since 2020, but hopefully you're able to enjoy.
