General Commentary and Game Overview
I may not have reviewed the first demo yet, but lemme tell you this: Mario Bros. VS is the best fan remake of the arcade classic I've ever played. And to think that these are only demos! The second demo didn't actually impress me as much as the first one did at first, but as I played through it, I had higher hopes for the full game. As soon as you begin playing, you'll already be knocking off Spinies, Buzzy Beetles, and Koopas. Eventually, you get to use a block that pops out Koopa shells to throw at enemies (Fun factor is rising). Then, you go through one of two doors. The one I went through had a secret item: A key. What was it for? Well, I kept venturing through more awesomism, until I found the locked door. Behind it was a Super Mario Bros-inspired level (Fun Factor rose at max at this point)! And let's not forget the boss battle. While the boss's power is just preventing you from jumping (Like those mini Paragoombas), it's still epic thanks to the Piranha Plants and the fitting music.

Pros -Mario Bros gameplay
-Secret level
-Choice of music
-Graphically amazing

Gameplay
10 / 10
It's Mario Bros perfection. From knocking off enemies to using Koopa shells to the secret level to the boss, everything was perfect. Not a single flaw was discovered. The controls are spot-on, and there's a fair challenge. You can't go wrong with this. If you loved the Game Boy Advance version of Mario Bros, then wait til you play this!

Graphics
10 / 10
The graphics are incredible. Everything was animated and detailed greatly. The graphics look like as if they popped straight out of a Super Nintendo or a Game Boy Advance. Maybe even a Nintendo DS, since there are indeed 2D titles on there. This game is pure eye candy.

Sound
10 / 10
First, you have the familiar underground music (Brawl version, too) from Super Mario Bros. BUT, that's just the surface. Once I entered the second world, I almost cried. Not because the world was hard, or that everything was crap, but because the music there was...beyond amazing. I wish I was able to find an mp3 of this track. Since I haven't heard this song anywhere else, though, I don't know what it's titled, therefore I can't find it. BUT WAIT!!! THERE'S MORE!! Remember when I said I went into a secret Super Mario Bros-inspired level? Well, the music there was Jade Gully Zone from the canceled Sonic Xtreme. It was another piece of epic music. When I reached the boss, I noticed that the music used here was from Sonic CD (Forgot which level exactly). Seriously, this game struck all of the right chords. Next time I make it to the second world, I'm just going to stand on the ? block. I want to keep listening to it.

Replay
9 / 10
All Mario gamers with a computer need to play this! It is one of the best MFGG games I've played. You can play this thing about 50 or 60 times, and still never be tired out of the gameplay. After all, the graphics and music will appeal to your senses, too. I hope they appeal to you just as much as they did with me.

Final Words
10 / 10
It's the perfect Mario Bros remake for MFGG....and this is only a demo!
