I know this has been done before, but I decided to take a shot at it.

Type Info

Format	Sprite Sheets	Sprites and animation frames saved in a static image medium.
Contents	Original	Sprites that are made completely from scratch.

06/26/07	I fixed him up so he is eligible for the three color rule. Also, I changed the shade of purple I used on him so he fits with the SMB3 pallette.
05/31/07	I added more powers.

This doesnt really fir SMB 3 that much, and youre breaking the 3 colour rule, also youre not using the offical palette.

Recall that NES sprites can only have three colors in them. So change the nose to the shoes color, that's what I'd do if I was lazy. And try to be unique with the fire palettes, seeing how people didn't like it that much...

Cool, but doesn't he have gloves? For the heads up, some NES sprites have 4 colours.

He has Gloves, but with only 3 colors I had to give his hands skin color. If you look at other SMB3 sprites, their hands or skin-colored too. Also, Nes sprites only have 3 colors, with the forth color being transperent. Hope this helps clear some things up! ^^

Ugh I can't believe it! Seriously guys, do all of these comments have to do with grammar? Deal with it! So what if you put two y's in you? And I have to make sure that I'm not using bad grammar because you guys will correct it! Seriously, this is not bad. Actually one of the greatest waluigis in smb3 I've seen. The only thing is, it doesn't really go with the only wario there is because people think it's so great nobody wants to remake it. I mean, it doesn't have holding positions, but I seem to be the only one noticing that. By the way, sorry for the long comment. But seriously this is amazing.
