i think you should change the walking animation, so it looks like he lifts his right side up, then left to walk. ;)

Not good. The head is positioned badly, The feet are to close together (making the shell look too big) and the shell itself is shaped strangely. It looks like you didn't even check what a koopa is supposed to look like. The idea isn't bad, though.
