Many thanks for the review, Syax!

I have to agree that there are a few areas where it can be difficult to squirm out of a tight spot when the baddies are closing in on you. I also kind of agree that the powerups relying on RNG to spawn can be frustrating, but I wasn't sure how to best implement it at the time, but the deadline was approaching so I just went with the first thing that came to my mind. The game might've benefited from a wider screen in the long run...but it was either that or the aesthetic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As for the fact that you only saw two unique stages, I'm willing to bet that's because you only saw the game up to round 3. The two unique boards are accessed by round 4 and 8. I somewhat based the rotation off of Donkey Kong's system; the first rotation has only two stages, the second has three, and all subsequent ones have all four.

Sounds like an issue with your graphics card then. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on all systems, so there's not much you can do aside from get a new graphics card (although I would definitely not expect anyone to do this just for a short minigame :V)

I've uploaded yet another version of this game in the queue that fixes this. Follow the same directions to delete the folder "toadettearcade".

Dang, didn't know everyone's computer resolutions were that low :/

Try pressing X twice once the game is completely booted up, then press left either once or twice.

I couldn't play. The game's resolution took over most of my screen with just a corner.

I just uploaded a fixed version, but the options are carried over from the old version to the new one, so you'll still get the large screen. To fix this, navigate to %localappdata% and delete the folder named "toadettearcade" before running the game.

Are those explosions when jumping on the goombas based on my old games? Cracks me up!

Nope, but the 350 on Mario's hat certainly is inspired by you! ;)

I guess I can understand why the sounds used for Dorito Mario flying can be a bit grating.

Also, the pit is there for you to use as a quick way to kill yourself if you lose the race against Sanic.

Not sure if it's necessary.

I catch the star, Mario does his pose, the screen zooms out, and then "sm64rced.exe stopped working".
Same error happens when I die. :P

Ah, alright. I don't know what to do there, sorry.

Nope, it crashes when it zooms out after catching the star.

Hmm, could you PM me the error?

The game crashes after beating the Pringles boss, is it supposed to do that? xD

Odd, I thought I fixed that glitch a while ago. Was the Pringle King on screen when you defeated him?

I love joke games! And this is quite good. But can somebody tell me where Blutorus got that weird bob-omb battlefield cover?

Friendly Dictator made an unofficial theme song for MFGG on the forums, and he was a cool enough dude to let me use it.

Oh yeah I found two glitches in the game. Do a back flip near a wall/ledge, and when you're half way through it walk into it a little ways and you get stuck in the wall/ledge.

I am aware of this bug, but I don't know how to fix it.

Also when you defeat the pringles guy right after his end dialogue. stomp him before he explodes. and then he'll explode again after he just exploded before thus creating two stars.

Noted and fixed.

I actually agree that Mighty No. 9 is awful, but two updates in a row blatantly poking fun at it is a bit much, no?

Hylian thought the last update wasn't "obvious" enough. ;)

This is the MFGG way of celebrating these things!

It's not that weird for me.

I always get excited when people are doing stuff with the SMB2 theme for Super Mario Maker! The recolors aren't that bad, but the autobombs could use a little tweaking, specifically with the SMB3 theme.

Being a stepmania player, this game didn't disappoint in terms of difficulty or gameplay. I gave this a good hour. But If I were to keep playing it I'd like level select and a highscore grid. Auto incrementing difficulty is just too mean D:

Ps. Great shop dialogue!

Thank you for the feedback, kind sir! I was trying to go for one of those games that is easy to pick up but hard to master, if that makes any sense. If I ever do come back to this game, I would like to experiment with a difficulty setting.

You forgot a condition.

"Is this an accomplishment for doing a good clean-up job, a setback because we're running out of content, or a new staff member actually doing the job he was assigned?"
