The Hammer Bro helmet at the pose where Hammer Mario looks you looks weird, and I think the "head" part of the Tanooki Suit and Frog Suit should be tilted when Mario is looking up.

These aren't beta sprites AFAIK, they're from the Super Mario World NES pirate.

Can anyone even confirm if the beta sprites exist? Quick peeks in the ROM'S CHR show no signs of these sprites in any bank. My ROM is PRG1, so I don't know if the sprites appear in PRG0.

Yup, as far as I can tell, none of this is in the rom and I know for a fact that the looking up poses for Mario were took from another sheet without credit. What a failure. For people who are gonna ask who, I don't know what the MFGGers name was, but this was took from another sheet. Also, is something gonna be done about this? These are fake! Literally fake! I could be wrong, but I found no sources showing this.

Other sheets that have the sprites shown here mention that they are unused sprites from SMB3. As for whether or not SLOF stole them, I really couldn't tell you. In the other sheets, the creators said that the sprites were ripped, so even if they were taken without credit here, it wouldn't make much of a difference since the original people didn't make them.
