This very simple tutorial shows you how to find the intersection in a customizable vector slope with a horizontal or vertical line. Primarily made for sloped floor in platformer games, but you may find other uses for it. The code works for both Game Maker 8 Pro and Game Maker Studio.
I just downloaded it and i just found 2 gm:s files, theres no gm8 file, can you check it out and add the gm8 one too?
Well, I only said the code works in GM8. But I only made examples in Studio because... I was lazy. So you'll have to open the projects in Studio and copy the code into GM8.
