This game is definately one of the games that focuses on humor, not gameplay or neatness.

Pros	+Funny dialogue +Some funny voice acting +Good SFX
Cons	-Not very good gameplay -Some clashing graphics

Impressions

Gameplay 4 / 10	Not the worst I've seen, but still not very good. I'm not surprised, since this game focuses more on the humor than gamplay. There is some annoying level design, but most levels have working design. Some bosses don't work, such as the red goomba throwing massive ball things (I don't even know what they are) at you right after you stomp it.
Graphics 3 / 10	Graphics are okay, but not amazing. Alot of them clash and others just don't look nice at all. This is something that needs major improvement.
Sound 8 / 10	Sound is fairly well done. The in-game SFX are good, and there is also some funny (but akward) voice acting. The voice acting is only for some characters, though, which makes it even more akward.
Replay 3 / 10	I don't see much of a replay value here. The only reason I would replay it is to hear the voice acting. Other than that, nothing stands out that would make you want to replay it.

Final Words

This game focuses mostly on humor and not very much on graphics or gameplay. It isn't terrible, but isn't great.
