Basic Super Smash Bros Engine By: JesseRooA22 [W]
Adapted from my old project Super Smash Bros Classic, I now present to you the SSB Engine for GM7. It would be GM6 but at the time I loved GM7's new extension features and stuff... anyway, this file is a bit un-tidy and contains a few glitches, but it shows the simplicity of making a Super Smash Bros game.
Target Applications: GM7

How come when I make my own character and do it exactly like the other one it dosnt work. Very glitchy and you cant even die. Very Basic but all and all its good.

It's indeed very basic. This would be much more better if you added precented damage, and more items. But this is great for beginners and its very good explained. Nice example.

Fellow Yoshi Freak, I have similar problems when creating with Game Maker... Only I just tried to copy an item and make a different score value. DIDN'T WORK! Phoo. BTW, that wasn't with this particular engine.

I think I'll test this one out...

Just thought I'd put this here; this engine is extremely old and is in no way a representation of my programming ability. I did have another engine which is a lot better, but I lost that when I switched computers. I may release an updated version of this engine sometime in the future.
