That's hilarious to look back to seeing as I ended up being the one to rip Larry's model and all his animations from NSMB2 and render each and every single one of them to create frames for a sprite sheet full completely of smoothly animated model animations! https://mfgg.net/index.php?act...=1&id=38203 (I hope I get the time to do this for the other Koopalings too) It will probably be time consuming, but doing one with Citra may not really be a bad idea also, lol, although I probably won't, hahah!

Thanks! ^w^ And yeah, I did spend a lot of time on that, and it was one of, if not, the most monotonous piece of work I've ever had to do for a sprite sheet, lol. And yeah, that is unfortunate, not really sure many will use this either. Although regardless I still felt like uploading it, heheh, and next time I decide to subject myself to such monotonous and time consuming work, it'll be on NSMB2 Morton, lol, then Wendy, then Iggy, then Roy, then Lemmy and last but certainly not least, Ludwig, because Mario 3 order, lol, maybe someone will come up with some kind of NSMB-style fan game that might need them, lol.

I actually have an idea of making a Unity fan game with the main playable character as Larry of course (with the other Koopalings as playable options as well) with the style of NSMB2 so I can use this sprite sheet, lol

This looks pretty good. The only complaints I have are about the shading on the white sections and the four sprites in the bottom-right. There doesn't need to be a shadow around all of the outlines, but it's a small mistake a lot of pixel artists make at times, so it's not too bad. Maybe also change the shadow color to the same one for the hinge to save using another color.

As for the four in the bottom-right corner, they're 1 pixel shorter horizontally than all of the other Switchboard sprites. I can tell since the hinge itself is thinner than the others. There's some other issues you could fix like inconsistent pixels and the sprites on the right side being mirrored versions of the left side's (I can tell from the hinge's shading), but otherwise this was a nice attempt.

A very nice game, but I would advise you add blocks in the top row, as you can fall into areas you are not supposed to be. I do enjoy your custom GFX, and I like the special fire throwing pose. Very good!

Just a couple of things and suggestions:
Blast Away the Wall in Whomp's Fortress seems impossible in Daredevil Mode without glitches due to the forced damage.
Would it be possible to add an Exit Level option? I quite enjoy the Odyssey style staying inside worlds while you grab stars but once you leave the first floor it's very much a hassle going up/down a level to return to those levels
SM64ex's Mario Odyssey Conversion mod has a feature where if you collect say the star from Whomp in Whomp's Fortress, the level transitions to the next act so rather than leaving and entering, one could just go up to the top again and grab the next star. Would adding something similar here be possible?

Single issue:
I seem to be getting very small lag spikes, I'm not sure if they're just audio or gameplay but they'll occur every now and then when something custom such as the notification of which star you've picked up is displayed. Given I'm running a 3900X and a 2080 at 1440p, 144hz I don't think this is a hardware problem.
