General Commentary and Game Overview
This game's based on the arcade game Pacman, and as expected it plays like Pacman, except it's obviously Mario themed. The goal is to collect every coin in the level as you're dodging Goombas, Koopas, Boo's, and other enemies, using power ups for assistance, like the Mushroom or the Fire Flower. The game contains 25 levels and 5 different themed worlds.

Pros - Pacman concept that works
- Gameplay pretty much bug and glitch free
- Isometric-like style
- Power ups and life gaining (100 coins = 1 extra life)
- Challenging, but can be too hard
- Nice music
- An interesting storyline (the medallion pieces)

Cons - While the challenge is great, it gets too hard too early in the game
- Boss fights aren't that challenging
- Can only exit from the title screen

Impressions
Gameplay
9 / 10
I found this gameplay to be quite fun and enjoyable. There's a title screen, which all it tells you to do is press the space bar, but it's better than nothing I guess, and there's also a preview of the game at the very start. You can see how the game is played before you play it yourself!

The movement is fine, although I find myself running into the walls when trying to pass through a passage sometimes, maybe I'm just not used to an isometric system for fangames. All you really do is use the arrow keys to move around, and the spacebar for shooting out fireballs or bubbles from your power up.

The only thing that really annoyed me is the enemy's AI. It's set to move towards Mario, which is what you'd want it to. I feel that the enemies move a little too fast, especially the Koopas. It can be a problem when you don't have much room around to collect the coins, and the enemies trap you into a corner. However it doesn't affect much since when you get hit, you don't have to recollect ALL the coins again, just the ones left in the level.

Graphics
7 / 10
All the graphics seem fine and basic. I dislike the pipe sprites however. It looks like a quick MSPaint job. The power ups should also look a little more isometric, seeing how the walls, Mario, the pipes, etc, do.

Sound
9 / 10
Oh, the music and sounds were great. Music from various games to match the themes of the 5 worlds. And it worked. No 2 music backgrounds were the same that I can recall, apart from the bosses.

Replay
8 / 10
This is a game that you'll have fun with. It's not easy, it's challenging, although the difficulty may set you back from playing it more than a few more times.

Final Words
8 / 10
If you're looking for a Mario game that plays like Pacman, with extra features and great gameplay, you'll want to give this a go.
