Ow-ow, you're so evil!

>>So awful? At least, this game has an interest: it has atmospere, it's in 3D (which is hard to program), it has lightning effect, it has difficulty choose.

>>Slow movement? It is the part of an atmosphere: mansion, monsters, one small flashlight, one life... and slow movement - as a result.

>>You asked EVERYONE on this planet or this is just your opinion? Mixing facts and opinions is one of the standarts in journalism. If you do so, the review cannot be objective. At all.

This was an edit of a tutorial. Of course there's 3D. The lightning TAKES AWAY from the supposedly spooky atmosphere.

Speaking of which, there's no atmosphere! Mansion, yes, but monsters aren't even present! The flashlight's a useless tool!

He doesn't even NEED to ask everyone because we all know.

On Hard the ghosts are random and on normal they're not.

So where are the enemies then if they aren't random in Normal?

There are a lot of enemies but it really depends how you go through the rooms. On Hard mode there are quite a few more enemies and they can make things a little more tricky.

So...It's a guessing game?

You need THE GAME to set the tone, too. And you have to make it so that way the game is not boring and dull. Why should Luigi only walk and use a flashlight (Which I still don't see a purpose in using)? Where are the enemies?!

This is the last time I fall for graphics on a thumbnail.

I played it, and I'm actually more disappointed with this than the other game, despite the graphic overhaul. Now there's never a scare factor to begin with. The darkness in a room or two led me to believe something's about to happen, but nothing did. Even the green SMB2 mask wasn't creepy. And there's no way how I could tell where I should go, leaving the whole thing as a boring maze.

2/10.

1 hour? I've made something awesome (Not on MFGG) in one hour. More like 5 minutes.

This looks very tempting to play.

Okay, it's one thing to say my game sucks, but it's another to say it's like KoopaKingdom's Hello edits.

Plus, the gameplay was not what you described at all, making this not your typical fangame. You had to find 15 Toads locked away in doors (I mean, the doors even tell you to press Up to open it - That is the case with 15 of the doors >hint<)!

And how can you not give credit to me for editing Hello's engine? I heavily edited/created numerous amounts of new things in this game beyond belief (Mini side-levels, door gimmick, more kinds of enemies, save feature, etc), and judging from this review, you haven't gotten very far to even notice.

And yes, there were also sound effects in this game. You may as well replay this game, find those 15 Toads (Or maybe I could just make a walkthrough video), and update the review to be more legit.

It sickens me when people just judge the whole game, no matter what it contains, based on the engine used. It shouldn't be so easy to ignore everything within the game to just go right ahead and make that bogus claim.

A standalone remake of Fire that's 15 MB? I'll pass...

The whole point of this type of game is to be fun, so if it's boring, then that should lower the score a lot.

Yeah, exactly. Since this is an arcade-style game, fun matters a lot more than in other genres. Without any actual fun, you're left with something kinda pointless to play other than its appealing to the eye.

Ugh, are you kidding? This has way too many glitches and physics that are way too horrible for it to be even remotely playable.

I'll admit I overrated it.

so the only reason why i got a 5/10 is just because of the difficilty and it is boring

It matters much more than you may think

Is my gameplay really worth 5/10 just because of the difficulty. Did you at leat look at the other thing in the game such as glitches, complexity and quality of the game. I honestly think that 5/10 is a bit too harsh because it took me a long time to figure out how to do somethings such as making a store, charcter select screen an d the lazer took a while.

No. It got a 5/10 because of it being pretty boring, and when the difficulty does ramp up, the fun factor still didn't change.

Well, I reviewed it.
It's actually overrated. Why? Well, I guess people's opinions were
Graphics > Gameplay
