Melatonin as in the chemical in your brain?

What else?

I mean, I dunno. Maybe it's because I don't have much to do, but I'd play it at least a little bit. ._. Calm your tits.
Not saying I'm defending it as I have to agree that the trailer was s***.

Maybe I exaggerated back then, heh...
Anyway, it's still not too bad. It's kind of unfortunate how there aren't many PM fangames (or really any now that I've searched for them) like this.

Onto the point of this comment; how exactly would I go on about opening the door in the ruins? I've tried to look for any go-through walls, breakable walls, killed all enemies in the map, talked to all Toads, went to the sewers, nothing. And yes, I know there's the secret room to the right of where the door is. Can't find anything about it in these comments, and the walkthrough videos posted over 2 years ago are now private, so that basically leaves me with this comment section.

EDIT: Wow, can't believe I found it so soon after I posted this. I was gonna have a mental breakdown! Sneaky sneaky.

What was I thinking back then? MIDIs are sequences, SF2s are a bunch of instruments.
But yeah, this is pretty neat. Not really seeing why the guys who made the SPC format couldn't just straight out put it into a MIDI, as that'd've been more useful, but whatever...

-OK. It's not that important, but it's nice.
-The minigame glitch was kinda useful actually... I got my lives to max. You could give more prizes, or you could give different difficulties, i.e. Dig! would have more holes, more prizes.
-I also remember that the Toad said twas 50 coins.
-Alright. Good thing I had like 80 lives.
-It doesn't break the game, but it can be bad in some cases. It's OK.
-It didn't seem to do anything in Level 3, but now I can't enter Level 5! I've restarted the game a dozen times, gives the same error, after choosing which star you want to get. I've 100% levels before that, and got the 3rd star of this level, (so I have 13 stars) then the errors started. The 3rd star I can still enter. The problem could be my crappy PC and/or the engine. I can send you the error.
-It's understandable, not every engine has perfect physics.
-It's easy. You didn't add enough collision walls. It was in the very end of Level 5, Stormy Cliffside, where the crash happens.
-It was kinda annoying, but as you said not a problem.
-OK.
-Yay.

Also, considering it's called "Demo", that means your game is gonna cost money when it's finished, right? Otherwise the name is kind of incorrect.
Oh, and the Shop items are *WAY* overpriced. It'd still be something to consider about even at half of the price.

Whoops, double comment.
Great game, but it just has so many bugs! I guess that's because of the engine, or different physics.
So far, I've 100%ed the first four levels. I encountered a couple of strange glitches/other. Here's a list that I've found out so far:

-several typos (mainly commas)
-(both!) minigames glitch, the small chest spams items infinitely (picture?)
-Purple Coin minigame costs 100 coins, falsely labeled as 50 coins
-getting hurt evem when atop enemy (COMMON!)
-enemy walked at me while pulling up grass, got hurt, and if properly "timed", Mario gets stuck on his animation of holding his hands up. even when there's nothing there. I couldn't do anything except walk and jump. Entering a room/dying makes him go back to a normal state (picture?)
-*managed to make a coin slowly move to the right and up, ignoring all collision
-*error when entering lvl 3 (EDIT: did again in lvl5, but actually crashed! said something about something not existing)
-gravity of kicked Koopa Shells strange
-managed to get out of bounds with raccoon tail
-if running and quickly changing directions, therefore causing the "friction" sound, and at the same time talking to a Toad, the "friction" sound keeps going infinitely.
-Red Coin Challenge: SOMETIMES, after getting all 8, then death, the counter will keep going (first re-collected Red Coin pops up 8, gives item and other Red Coins disappear)

I would really like changeable controls. I often mix up Z and X.

Too bad VLC can't run MIDI anymore. Anyway, this is very useful to me. If I just could convert MIDIs to SF2s...

Yes it does.

That note with the Snake Block/Font/out of bounds was hilarious. XD But a bit sad. :/
Anyway it looks like an average tileset. I like it, but I think if anyone uses it it needs to fit with the athmosphere. Like the camera following the player, but not like SMW did.

Unless you are a Chinese-speaking woman in Africa who became the prince of Bel-Air, the joke response was not sent by you.

Ah, I see. XD What a weird response... It's more legit if s/he didn't mention Prince of Bel-Air, but who knows maybe in a parallel universe s/he really is what s/he mentioned.

Since I don't have a forum account (and I will not have for quite a while) I wanted to say something about your 'report':
If the 'joke response' about gender was mine, I tell you that it was not a joke. I'm not physically female, but I am transgender. It's kind of offensive that people think LGBT doesn't exist. I forgive you if that's the case. No need to reply or anything. Just letting you know.

The game is still great, it just lacks gameplay. A mod would have been nice.
Anyway I love the style in the game so I love it in this!

Neat. I like it. If I could, I would use this in animation, but I don't have any funny ideas.

If you DO know why he intended to put Press Start then you shouldn't have written that comment at all.

You DO know that was a joke, right? It's like posting a troll game with the hopes of getting a 10/10 while knowing it's not even worth to play. Can people not take things seriously?

I love it! Though the parashoe still looks a bit out of shape. I wish I could help.

Played the NCFC version, it was a great improvement from your first demo, much longer and very exiting! Expect a review soon. (P.S Is there a way to continue playing? I completed the last demo 100%, but I can't seem to find the folder of the game anywhere.

Don't be so stubborn. Re-downloading actually might solve the problem. It doesn't always, but sometimes it does, and it really isn't that much work...

I would say I don't understand how it is stubborn at all, but I don't want to, since I'm pretty sure it's gonna end up so that were getting on each others nerves and then you're going to ask me to be banned.
I don't want to reinstall it because it's going to take me another hour to install, and then I gotta be 100% sure that I've got everything deleted. Which I tend to miss.

Do you still get this if you redownload it? Where does it appear?

Oh hello, Hello, I didn't notice your quote.
It appears in the ERROR window which comes over the supposed game screen. And I don't do "redownload". And I don't think it's because of that.

Guys, do you think this game is incompatible with Windows XP because of the vertex buffer problem with obj_right?

Yes, I'm frankly afraid of that. Though, theoretically, it could be fixed, then.
