NB: If you wanna keep saved data you have to unzip the game. A sequel to Super Mario Fangame, with Mario Galaxy theme. I tried not making it so hard this time. Over 9 Galaxies, challenge comets, 4 Bosses and 25 stars to collect. --------------------------------- Before I move on to the next project, I wanted to update this one, fixing some problems and also add some effects and some few other things. I tried OGG again, but there's no way I can get that in the game with only 15mb. :/

I personally found the gravity in this game to be very disorienting. Even moreso than the 3D, official game at first.

Awesome game, but the music is sometimes bad (like the doomship fleet and the retro galaxy). And how do I get past Bowser? He keeps shooting those circles at me. Maybe I'll do a review soon.

I would love to use MP3, but most of the time the game is too big to have mp3 and still be below 15mb. >_<

The game looks impressive, but I have to ask if it's done in Game Maker or MMF2? You see, my laptop overheats when I run Game Maker games and I don't want to risk that. I do have a pet hate against Game Maker (perhaps I'm a clickteam product fanboy?) but it looks interesting enough to give it a shot...

Edit: Not bad, I like the intro. This has given me a idea! If you use MMF2, you can use OGG which compresses files to one quarter of there MP3 versions...

I found this game VERY fun. It's the best Mario Galaxy game out there, in my opinion. I also like how the stages are somewhat easy, the comets bring on the hard. Woo!

The best thing with you, kjellm87, is that you always make Full Game games. That is somewhat rare to non-minigames here at mfgg IMO.

this is one of the best fangames (directly behind Toad strikes back! IMO) @ kjellm87 will you make a how-to for your engine you used? and can you make a sprite sheet from this game? this would be cool! or maybe a complete lib??? Also i miss a wario sprite sheet from your game Wario & the magic map, would you make one? about the game: the main part is really easy, especially bowser but to collect all stars is the hard way i love in this game one of the harder comet stars are: limit of 70 Jumps in the ice peak world this one took me one day alone... also i love the fact that you must collect enough coins for a star hinthint (also this is my favorite level) hope you will make a sequel to this game...

What? All I get for getting all 25 stars is a crown by the 25 on the stage select screen? There should at least be some kind of usable reward... Well, it was a good game. The secret stars were hard to find, but once you find the first one, you know the general idea of how to find the other 2.

I should probaly tell what I've done in the update: - Some comets are easier. - Fight Boss 2 in a different way. - Some few midi changes. - Trying fix those places where you suddenly had to change button direction during gravity change. - Some design changes. - Shift button (default) now works as "Run button" - Added quite some few special effects. No more updates now though, I'm done with this game.

congrags kjellm87 i made a game case that you can burn your game onto disc and print the image of case and have it like a game by a company link is http://img9.imageshack.us/i/mariofangalaxycase.jpg/ you will see yoyo on it that normaly means yoyogames but on my game cases it means fan games <=D

I like Super Mario Fan Galaxy! I wish you made a Super Mario Fan Galaxy 2! If u make one put in the Super Mario Galaxy 2's galaxys with new names. You need to get 60 Stars and defeat 4 bosses to complete the whole game. If you do, you will unlock Luigi and you have to restart the whole thing again with luigi. You can play as mario again by using the character select. You will get all stars as Mario, but you need all stars as luigi, too. Levels: Red-Blue Switch Galaxy (Flip-Swap Galaxy), Gravity Braker Galaxy (Rightside Down Galaxy), Yoshi's New Home Planet Galaxy (Yoshi Star Galaxy) Green Green Meadows Galaxy (Based on Paper Bowser Operation G.R.O.M.) Sorry I can't show you the rest. Bosses: Gobblegut's World Galaxy (Bowser Jr.'s Fiery Flotilla) Bowser's Hidden Galaxy (Grandmaster Galaxy, with Bowser as the boss.) I got all the 25 stars, this game is awesome :D One of the best galaxies was the Soft Sand Galaxy. Then I saw Spin-Dig Galaxy in SMG2; I think Nintendo got a very good idea from you :D
