Impressions
Gameplay
9 / 10
The gameplay is creative, and pretty fun. Mario has forgotten to give Peach presents, so he sets out to get her some. The objective of the game is to put presents into pipes, so they will warp to Peach. Once all of the presents in a level are warped away, you have cleared the level. But the puzzles make you think, and of course some are harder then others. You also need to use a variety of blocks and switches to your advantage. Such as making a switch of a certain color turn on, so you can move a present across a gap. Or using blocks that move up and down to move your present to a different elevation. Because of this, the levels aren't repetitive or bland. And if you screw up, you can press the R button to restart the level.

Now, not everything about the gameplay is good. There are a few bugs that can effect your play through of the game. Sometimes presents will get stuck and won't move, or do weird things such as riding up a wall. But like I mentioned before, you can use the R button if something happens.

The gameplay is pretty smooth and fun, though it has its occasional glitches. But nothing that can't be fixed, since you have your trusty R button.
Overall, I would give the gameplay a 9.

Graphics
9 / 10
The graphics are great, and fit in nicely. It uses the Black Squirrel tileset, with Super Mario Bros. 3 characters. Nothing you haven't seen in a Hello game before. But they are still good. The environment feels wintery like it's supposed to. There's even a swell snow effect in every level.

The graphics are nice, and really feel like winter.
Overall, I'd give the graphics a 9.

Sound
8 / 10
There's nothing wrong with the sound. Mario says, "Oh, no!" if you need to restart the level, says "Thank you!" after clearing a level, and talks to himself during the cut scenes. The other characters talk, too. There are also other sound effects, of course. Like the warping sound when presents enter pipes.

The music is nice, too, though there isn't much of it. For the most part, you'll only hear one song. And that's a remix of the Super Mario 64 theme you hear in the snow levels. The other song you'll hear is during the cut scenes while at Peach's Castle. That song is the theme from Super Mario Advanced 4, during the opening scene.

The sound and music isn't amazing or anything, and there's not much of it. But what's there is nice and gets the job done.
Overall, the sound gets an 8 from me.

Replay
6 / 10
You might decide to play it again one day after you beat it, but there's no incentive to play again. You'll just be wishing there were even more levels, so you could keep on playing it! But it is just a minigame, after all.
Replay value gets a 6.

Final Words
9 / 10
Present Panic is a minigame that will make you think. But once you get the hang of things, you'll love this game.
