General Commentary and Game Overview
I think it was my computer but I"m not sure. The game was fine until I got to a
certain level and that's when the slow down began. The lag continued to
dramatically get worse until the cave level where it was unplayable: frame by frame super slow down. I decided to beat the level anyway but it took forever and a lot of patience!!!

The game sped up at the castle, however it was still very slow, but not ridiculously slow. I've played many games on MFGG and never experienced slow down like this.

The game itself is well done, but I can't give a high score due to its awful slowdown issues.

Pros - Fun
- nice graphics
- brings back memories
- nice sound track

Cons - slowdown
- needs more originality

Impressions
Gameplay
7 / 10
The game play is great. You move just like any other Mario game...

However, often, slowdown kills the excitement.

Graphics
7 / 10
The graphics were a mix of Super Mario world and Super Mario Bros 3. Not bad, I guess. I did enjoy some of the SMW 2 mixed in as well. Sure, it clashed as in what I presume the definition to be: Mixing graphics from other games into one making it standout and sometimes pierce the eye.

But not bad. Though I'd recommend having ALL smw 2 graphics.

Sound
9 / 10
The music forms from a mix of various mario games -- Smw, Smb3, Sm64, etc. They were all high-quality tunes that would sooth the memories of the Mario series even if you're struggling on a level. But the Koopa Bros battle should've had the actually Koopa Bros boss theme rather than their "appearance" theme.

Replay
3 / 10
Sorry man, I couldn't imagine playing this again because of the slowdown.

Final Words
6 / 10
Overall, this game could bring a blast from the past in a good way. But also, it's slowdown could create rage. And my laptop's fast :/ It may not be a problem with everyone, but other than that, this game is solid.
