General Commentary and Game Overview

Super Mario Quest: Deluxe is an enjoyable diversion with good mechanics and ideas. Well worth a download.

Pros	Good gameplay, interesting object of the game.
Cons	Unusually hard for a fan game; you'll need pretty good skills and some luck to beat it. It's a little short.

Impressions

Gameplay 9 / 10	The engine is very well done! Maybe just a little too "slippery". The star-collecting aspect is a new and fun idea for a platformer.
Graphics 7 / 10	Mostly your traditional Mario sprites. Some sprites are overly enlarged and are not very good in quality. The "blur" from stage to stage was a nice effect!
Sound 7 / 10	Music from various Mario games, some remixed. Pretty good.
Replay 5 / 10	I got all the stars the first time I completed the game. Good, but not good enough to replay if you get all the stars.

Final Words

A very good game to spend about an hour on. I recommend it!
