Supernova's Vector Background (mushroom) By: Hypernova [W]
Another one made by me! It's good for an athletic or mushroom level.

This looks very nice! They look like CopperMario's backrounds, but smaller (same style, I mean).

Yep I tried to save it as gif so it will be under the file size limit. But it turned out pretty bad.

The gradients on the spots looks ugly, because of the nature of that kind of gradient (it looks pillow-shaded). Linear gradients that go from light to dark from top to bottom might look better. The mushrooms themselves look nice, simple and clean.
The hills as they are now fail to complement that. Same issue as with your last submission, the hills look sketchy. A bit of consistancy does wonders (look at the original Super Mario Bros.' hills).
Touch up these issues and you have yourself a truly smashing sheet. It's a great sheet with great potential. I wouldn't critisize it if it wasn't.

What!? How does thou manage to exceed 30kb for a simple 100x100 image?
