General Commentary and Game Overview
Mario is about to be dethroned by Wario! Woooooooooooo!

Pros Good concept, multiple endings, difficulty increases, and minigames.

Cons Poorly made engine, slapped-together graphics (sadly, from TD's first lib), and Sonic has uncontrollable speed. Emphasis on the uncontrollable.

Gameplay
2 / 10
Ever have hard stools? Well, this makes them feel pleasant. Each character is, erm, a bit buggy. But each character has his own move, though. One of the most notable is a 3-way tounge for Yoshi: at the time, this was a first! That's all for the good, though. Built-in platform movement with no bug fixes in the coding. Enemies have back-forth movements. Sonic's speed is so erratic it's uncontrollable. Sometimes, the game sends you back to the choose a character screen after beating a minigame. And finally, a big warning for people that wish to play this game: In the jungle stage, you can find a hidden advert to Beibersoft's Legend of Zelda game. Problem is: when you get to it, you have to restart the game in order to get out. That means you lose all your progress. Eeegh. Don't find it while getting star #20!

Graphics
3 / 10
Well, not much, really. It's Thunder Dragon's first Mario Megalib, which is still available for download on this site... plus a Sonic sprite. All sprites seem underframed, though. They also don't seem to go together well... it gets a 3.

Sound
3 / 10
Standard Mario SFX, some MIDIs pulled off of vgmusic.com. Wooo.

Replay
3 / 10
Two endings do make for some replay, but not enough!

Final Words
3 / 10
Mario and friends VS Wario and fiends! Who will win? I dunno. This is a game you should avoid.
