General Commentary and Game Overview
Not that playing as a Yoshi without Mario is bad, it's a interesting game that seems to be coming along nicely.

A few bugs, though.

Pros The levels' design is well suited for a Yoshi Island-styled game. The game is well presented on top of that. As long as the Boss glitches and co. have been fixed, I like the game. The new demo is better than the old one.

Cons Again, I found myself dying before my own eyes. Jump, and Yoshi is hurt by a Lakitu, or lulled to sleep by a flower singing.

Impressions
Gameplay
6 / 10
Solid, but it's a Yoshi game. All the basics are there, but Yoshi, when hurt goes too far back, and if you're on a ledge, that's a no-no.

Graphics
7 / 10
No sprite clashing. Good, because it's a SMW game with both SMW 1 & 2 Sprites in it. Suits the game well.

Sound
6 / 10
Yoshi's "Waaa" sound is too loud. Ugh, that'll give people headaches. Turn the volume down, please.

Replay
5 / 10
Too many things to die from in first level. If that Lakitu wasen't there, I'd replay it as a mini-game.

Final Words
7 / 10
A good game showing progress. But, it's too hard. It's more like Yoshi Land for Super Players. Nice game, but the differculity is way too high. 7 / 10.

Did you spell difficulty wrong? Anyway, I agree with this review.
