I would combine this with mountain stages in World Maker to craft a story in which the Bros have to stop Bowser from pouring a love potion into the Mushroom Kingdom's main water supply. A lake atop a plateau which collects rain water and feeds into a long, winding river.

I don't know if the pickaxe is from a game or if it was your idea, but I like it. Were one to recolor it like a hammer bro's hammer, it'd make for a funny cut scene where Toad/Toadette goes John Henry on a fortress.

I love this bootleg stuff, man. You can tell this is Taiwanese or from Hong Kong. It's just that right level of bat squeak insane. Just the image of Fred Flintstone wielding a club in itself is bizarre. But then these guys went and put Mario's head on his body. I can't not favorite this.

I flippin' love this concept, man! It's clearly Mario, but for me it also harkens back to Casino Night Zone in Sonic 2. The street lamp gives it a nice urban grit which adds to the late 80's early 90's vibe of the Super NES.

I'd say yellow eyes works for Dry Bones the best. It takes some bad juju to reanimate a skeleton, man. Especially a koopa skeleton.

I'm absolutely loving the Koopa Pack in your style. I look forward to seeing what you do with Bullet Bill and Chain Chomp. You should bring back Bill's arm swaying animation from SMAS SMB1! That'd be sweet, man! What I'd really love to see is some miscellaneous enemies from SMB3, like the Atomic Waffle, or those little flames that walk right off the candle in the fortresses, and the Bowser Statues. One type could shoot lasers, the other fireballs.

The Army Sledge Bro is very inspired. Especially his ground pound animation while he wields the shoulder cannon. All their ground pounds are an upgrade from the original.
