General Commentary and Game Overview
An ambitious failiure. The most creative game ever to come from Biebersoft, yet probably the most buggy and unplayable one too.

Pros + Mostly balanced 3D-looking graphics + Very imaginitive + Character select + Well planned + Brings back the "new Wario order" which was created in previous Biebersoft Mario titles. + Fun minigames

Cons - Horrible playability - Jordan(no offense) doesn't seem to know how to use anything other than CnC's default programmings - Bad graphical physics as well as gameplay physics(A sprite designed for 3d or designed to go below the top of the platform sits firmly on top of it, giving a strange effect, especially for Bowser). - Bubba's farting abilities weren't funny in the original game, and they aren't funny here either. - Sonic being playable is a little bit of a risky idea as it is, making him go blindingly fast with absolutely no control whatsoever and instant full speed accelleration, now that's just insanity. - Small game window, and maximising just makes it look ugly.

Gameplay
1 / 10
Nothing but CnC default movements without any attempt to fix bugs, enhance playability, not even any specific platform arrangement to avoid bugs. In fact at some points you need to make use of bugs to continue, because of carelessness in programming. Sonic(Yes, Sonic is playable) is horribly hard to control, as he moves too fast for you to keep up, accelleration is at max. Fireballs are hard as no programming has been done to work around CnC's awkward direction programming, meaning you don't know weather he's going to fire up, down or in the actual direction you want. A real downpoint to the game.

Graphics
4 / 10
Mostly ripped from Mario RPG, and anything else as close to 3D as you can find(DK from DKC, a rather badly made body with the character select icon from MK64 for a head for Wario, Yoshi from the YI opening). Backgrounds are mostly those generic Biebersoft 3D textured cubes and spheres we all know so well. In a word, predictable. Especially for Biebersoft.

Sound
6 / 10
Nicely chosen sounds, although some are a little too loud. Musics are from various Mario games, as well as a surprising amount of songs from Diddy Kong Racing.

Replay
9 / 10
The minigames are great, and it's worth playing again just to enjoy the idea. I know this game like the back of my hand now, as it has been my task to create "Mario vs Wario", a high quality game based on some of the original ideas of this title and some of my own ideas(When Bieber quit the fan gaming world, he left his titles to me to enhance, sequel, et cetera, and host, and I feel that this imaginitive idea deserves some special treatment), and I have to say, playing it over and over to note down ideas I'd like to re-use has been an absolute pleasure.

Final Words
6 / 10
All that can be said is that this is a fine example of a big ambition or dream which it's creator just didn't seem to be able to handle in time. Jordan did say to me in the past that he feels there are a lot of things needed to be done to this game but due to time limits(Biebersoft fans were demanding, back in the day!) he didn't. Not the most playable game in the world, and bugs rule over most of it, but the ideas shine, and you can't help but be impressed. It's worth noting that this was made 'back in the day', back when all fan games used default platform movements(the majority of which in Klik and Play!), and Bieber really was one of the ruling fangame designers. If it's not worth having to play, it's definitely worth having for what it means to Mario fangame history.
