You know this is Probably from the E-world becuase I,ve heard of an item on SMA4 that's called an axe you can you use to quickly defeat Bowser.

Are those hammer parts in the tileset for an unused Bowser in SMA4 or just extras?

The axe came from an e-world level in sma4 called clasic world 1-4.The level is an remake of the smb world 1-4 (castle).
