Mariovania

Castlevania appeared in Mushroom Kingdom! Mario is on another great adventure, this time Bowser is even more dangerous as he gained Dracula's powers. Game is clever mix of Mario and Castlevania. Features huge explorable world, equip and leveling system, enemy database and much more. Current demo shows about 15% of what is planned. Also, there's included a 'bonus save' with all items obtained. Mario sprite on screenshot is old one if you ask. Game is not made with Game Maker, it's being programmed in Ruby. Unfortunately, some players may experience compatibility issues caused by OpenGL. Anyway, have fun :)

I can already tell in the thumbnail that there are major clashing graphics.... ugh. Anyways, I'll try it and might review it. EDIT: My computer has trouble with it, so I guess I wont be trying it :P

It's not bad, especially, that you used 2ds models. That's the interesting part of the game. The bad part is... It clashes a lot. PM64 with SMB3, Castlevania, SMW, SMB and SMB2... ugh. But except that bugs it's a nice game to try out.

Take Super Mario Bros. 3, New Super Mario Bros., Castlevania, and just a pinch of boredom. Put them in a blender, and you get this game.

You can say it's clashing, sometimes annoying, but NOT BORING. That's the best Mariovania on the Internet (if not, give me better). And, game is updated. I added Sound Test mode so you can now listen to the full soundtrack.

Sorry, I didn't mean it's the best Mario clone/fan-game. And I didn't also mean it's best possible MarioVania. Anyway, there's no other serious game that mixes Mario and modern Castlevania in reasonable way. And lol, I just googled Mariovania, and I saw my game on Youtube :O

Okay. But just because yours is one-of-a-kind doesn't mean that it's GOOD. EDIT: Huh. I can't run this game either. Well then.
