General Commentary and Game Overview

Why are Yoshi and DK bad? They're good guys! And Bowser's evil! What's up with that? Yoshi should replace Sonic, DK and Bowser should switch spots, and Waluigi could be with Wario unless this was made before him...

Pros	It held my attention long enough to get all 20 stars, and that's good...I have a short-attention span. Everyone has a special power, in the over world. You have a character select screen.
Cons	Bubba's farting power was just plan not funny. The game gets glitchy before you can get 3 stars. There wasn't any way to get stars unless you race, no fighting or anything. The teams were mixed up (Bowser was good, Yoshi and DK were bad). The fire balls/ tongues went in random directions.

Impressions

Gameplay 1 / 10	One word: Sucks. The over world was just there to pick a race course and your character. The races were boring and the control of the cars were so easy, a 2-minute old baby could learn them. And as I already said, Yoshi, DK and Bowser were on the wrong teams. Other then that it wasn't bad. how does 1/10 sound?
Graphics 1 / 10	Horrible Wario was from the Mario Kart 64 character select plus a drawn body, everyone was 3D-ish but the objects were all 2D.
Sound 3 / 10	The sound started good with the music from past games, but certain things were too loud. But before I had 3 stars it got all glitchy and I turned it off. So I think it's worth 3.
Replay 2 / 10	If you finish the game, you'd have enough of it for a while considering after you race at the 8 courses you have to race at one again.

Final Words

I averaged a total of 1.75/10, I'll round up don't worry. and if you haven't already played this game...DON'T!

Waluigi was made in 2001. This game was made in 1998. So that's why Waluigi can't be in this.

If the Yoshi, DK thing bugs you so much, don't play the game.
