There is absolutely no reason that a one level demo should be 163 megabytes unzipped. You need to compress your audio and remove any files not needed to run the executable. This is your responsibility under the Submission Rules: "2.7 - MFGG now accepts game submissions that are as large as 100 megabytes in size. ***However, please do not abuse this privilege. Take care to keep game sizes manageable by removing unused resources and by encoding audio to minimize file sizes.*** For instance, if you submit a simple minigame that uses a 40-megabyte WAV file for background music, we will likely decline the submission for being needlessly large." https://mfgg.net/index.php?act=submit¶m=01 |

Also, here's the credits which Super Piter refused to include on MFGG for some reason: "Credits: -Nintendo for obvious reasons. -Hartflip0218 for doing the Mario sprites. -Ostrich101 for the first level's tiles and decorations. -Josiah for the bush re-decoration (Halloween) -Mit for the enemy sprites (Goombas, Koopas and Koopa Shells)" |

Got around to playing this. Actually, about that file size issue; its with Construct 2. Its desktop exports pack in Chromium in order to run the games, because of Construct 2 is mainly for HTML Browser games. The game itself is meh but polish it up as everyone said, and you have something good in the making.

I do in-fact plan on polishing the game a lot, including fixing some issues: - Running speed being too fast and Mario's animation reflecting it, now it's slowed down with another animation to fit the change. - Blocks sometimes don't register when you hit them. - A lot more! And with a proper Tutorial Level and Title Screen. |
