General Commentary and Game Overview
I'm a fan of the Toodles's fangame. Paper Bowser gave me the feeling I craved for in Super Paper Mario. After playing the Demo, I wanted more. I never thought I'd ever see G.R.O.M actually out. But, hey, it's out, I'm thankful, and I want to review it now.

Pros Smooth Controls
No gameplay flaws or glitches
Very, Very Funny
Recreates the gameplay from PM2

Cons Lack of Kammy
Relatively Easy
Not much replay value
Somewhat short for previous reason

Impressions
Gameplay
9 / 10
It's how a Paper Bowser game should play as: Slow and Simple. While Bowser's controls like should, It is somewhat sluggish at times, but Toodles added many different elements and made sure you wouldn't find a way out of them.

Graphics
10 / 10
The Graphics, the Graphics, the Graphics. I loved them. If I had that drawing talent, I'd love myself. Not much more I can say on this.

Sound
9 / 10
With the new games out, It's good to hear music used by them. Only complaint is that there wasn't enough of it.

Replay
7 / 10
Eh, Once you beat it once, you might not play it again other than for the hilarious cutscenes. Other reasons may be to challenge yourself not to get hit.

Final Words
9 / 10
A great re-creation of the PM2 Bowser Levels. Play it, please.
