You didn't make these. Nintendo did. You just ripped them so stop acting like you made them and that they're yours lmao.

I... never claimed that I did make these?

Perchance did I shoot your dog at some point there, bud?

Jokes aside, while this review makes many excellent points (namely, the lousy level design and the horrible, sloppy physics), you really went out of your way to emphasize some of those points, didn't ya?

Hah, I kid, I kid. Overall, a decent review, but the comparisons to LNM were a mite unnecessary since these games have very little in common. Also, you could perhaps hold back a little bit? I mean, you seem to get fairly worked up over what's basically just a really below average fangame XD

All is well, render8. This is a very old game of mine, so it's no skin off my bones!

Agree completely about the control and feel. I didn't bother making it feel even remotely weighty at all, and you tend to just go all over the place; not even sliding around, just kind of snapping around, if that makes sense.

Well. I think I know why it was scrapped.

You're half right and half wrong. The score you're observing now isn't an accurate one, as that appears to have been a declined review that somehow made it into the average (I don't know if you can still see it or not, but as of today it seems to have been fixed!)

But at the same time, this game got pretty mediocre reception back in 2010, and that IS partially why I scrapped it, as I make note of in the description.

Windows 10, eh? Well, this was made in an application that dates back to 2001, possibly even earlier! Try running it in compatibility mode, although somehow I doubt that'll fix it (if it does though, great!)

Uh..... This seem appreciating... But when I download this game.... I read the instructions first, Then I go to the game.. But all of a sudden It gaves me a error....

Your software will maybe get fix or some occurring
problems....

I Never seems surprised... I look towards Vitiman's game (which is Super Mario Everything 2)

I knew it was the demo version, but it was scrapped......

Well, err, engrish aside, I'm not sure how I could help without knowing what OS you're running, sorry!

You should've ripped the other intro cards, too. Either way, this is a really good rip.

Oh dang, you're absolutely right! I forgot about those - I'll have to get to doing that in the future ;)

Happy about his ribs cracking?
The heck does that mean?

Just a silly joke about the slight awkwardness of the Victory pose. The Mario sheet has one as well, albeit a bit more of a subtle one.

Yeah, I realize a lot of the animations are a bit all over the place and stuffs, but it should (mostly) be obvious which order things go in.

Thanks!

Thank you, Dustin. Now millions can enjoy this classic sprite in its original, pure form.

But I swear if any of you use this in a GM game SO HELP ME

His eyes are a little too beady but I have to say, this is surprisingly well done! I wasn't expecting as much detail as I should have, but this is actually really neat! Nice work :)

It's fairly easy (if a bit tedious) to split an audio file nowadays. You could always skim through it using Audacity and cut out the sounds you need / want to use, simple as that :)

If there's enough demand for it, who knows? I might just do a sequel ;)

I made it through the end but I wasn't able to enter the second level and the castle level, is there a way to go into them?

Nope! I might update this game one day and have secret passageways that would go into those levels, but for now they're empty and just there to sorta-kinda tease ya!

Seems a good number of people are having trouble with that spot. Best way around it is to come into the level Fire Flower-less, grab the Flower it gives you, use the temporary invincibility from grabbing it to jump past the first plant, kill the second, and then wait for the remaining plants to spit their fireballs and kill the third and move on. If you get hit during any of this, all should be well since you're as powered up as you can be!

Beyond that, just jump far enough to reach the coin trail and the rest of the level should be simple enough.

(Don't blame me for this absurd level design, you can thank Thunder Dragon for that :P)

Vitman I have few questions.....

1: Is P switch Predicament is a joke game just like turd feast series?

2: What game making software did you use with ?

Question away! :)

1. Yep! It's more subtle than most, but I still think a joke game can be a joke game without the blatant lack of quality. Not saying I put an ultra definitive amount of thought behind P-Switch Predicament's every programming nook and cranny, but I made sure it was presented in a way that made the joke work well enough.

2. I made this in MMF2, so I actually went out of my way to imitate early Hello engine physics in a completely different work environment!

I'll never understand the point of these "joke" games. Are they an excuse for unpolished controls that are way too slippery and sloppy charater animations?

Meh. Stopped playing past the second level due to extreme disintrest. Joke games don't automatically omit you from making it of quality.

You know, I'm not sure I get the point of joke games either. Here I am, having made them since at least 2007-ish, and I don't think I've ever sat down and actually thought about the point of it all. What does it mean? Does it have a purpose?

After giving it a lot of thought, I'm gonna have to go with a resounding "no" on that. Unless you have a sense of humour, that is.

I don't know. Maybe because of the rogue windows components? What's up with that, Dudim vs. Windows? (lol, parody of Yoshi vs. Windows)

Well the first time it was because I got hacked. Second time because I committed account suicide big time, and then the THIRD time? Well, I mean, wouldn't you want a nice little line across your name too? It really suits anyone's personality, what with its line...ness. That's a word, right?
