so I was planning on playing this for good times sake but for some reason the FPS is way too fast and my character walks way too fast and enemies jump too much or bullet bills fire way too often. This a construction problem?

I like this Game!, Fairly recommended! (Kinda bad english coming though)
This game gives me vives of a question like: "what if nintendo did some Windows games in the 90's or 2000's?", the grafics, Midi based sountrack...
Kinda Fine dificulty curve (some levels like 4-3, 5-4 were kinda more tough than it should be)
A thing that i will love is that considering that the music was actual midi and not audio files; because with that, i can use some programs like VirtualMidiSynth to use soundfonts on it(for some reason the midis are still on the standart soundfont)
Had fun since 2017!, i should like to see a Remake of this!
