General Commentary and Game Overview
This is Sticker Star done right. I adore the references to the old Paper Mario games through the enemies and music. The game only has minor bugs and hardly ever crashed. I hope you'll continue to delight us with more games like this one in the future. You really know what you're doing. Well done!

Pros Excellent Level Design
Few bugs
New Power ups
Great use of source material
Perfect music, both old and new
Challenging bosses, old and new
Checkpoints

Cons High challenge, not recommended for beginners to platforming
Barely any key configuration
Hit boxes pretty broken, causing some frustrating deaths
View difficult to pinpoint at times, due to the isometric style
Low health

Impressions
Gameplay
8 / 10
Easy to learn, difficult to master. Some jumps seem impossible, mainly jumps to obtain green stars. Feels very responsive, however. I felt responsible for most of my deaths.

Graphics
10 / 10
Really well done. Some custom designs on some enemies and bosses are actually better than before. Everything looks like Paper Mario should.

Sound
10 / 10
The music is fantastic. Hearing a lot of tunes from past games and some I'd never heard before was really refreshing. The music seems to always capture the mood.

Replay
6 / 10
Low to medium. Due to the difficulty of some of the levels, they'll probably be replayed a few times, especially when attempting to collect the green stars. However, this made me not want to play them again once completed. Not that I hated them or anything, I just felt done.

Final Words
9 / 10
In conclusion, this isn't Sticker Star and it shouldn't be written off as just that. It is a million times better than that hunk of garbage for the 3ds. This game combines all the Paper Mario games into a fun platformer that rivals some of the other Mario platforming games.
