Oh wow this is a great sewer tileset! Definitely gonna be useful for a level in my game for sure!

As long as you give me credit than it's yours to use.

This looks awesome! I'm glad this sewer tileset is using a more obscure design, and something more different than the New Super Mario Bros design. I don't see these sewer decoration ideas very often, and is the poster of a random character?

TBH, I wasn't thinking of the NSMB design much when designing this at first but I did take a few things from it later on. The missing poster is of Wapeach but I don't think you can tell much because of the size.

YO WOAH that's a pretty good extension of the Battle Game tileset!

Thanks.

very nice custom SMB1 tileset. I like the overall layout and the rock fill tiles look great!

Thanks! I noticed a problem with most attempts at making the SMAS for SMB1 tiles and that they are all just blocks like in the NES version instead of actual connected ground like in the actual SNES version.

Noticed an error in the horizontal pipe sets - the 8bit SMB1 pipes are duplicated, making a 16-bit version missing.

S***, you're right! Thanks for pointing that out. :-)

Nice! One thing I will say is that your sheet is one box longer (vertically) than the 8-bit version. You should make it smaller so they match!

Nah, the reason I made it longer is because I added more tiles (which are the shadows under the tops of the semi-solids).

I like how you even gave the wood a different palette for the snow theme. You did a good job with these as well as the SMB1 versions!

Thanks, I tried my best to mimick the style by doing a comparison of the NES wooden block, the SNES wooden block and the SMM sign.

You should make a version with snow!

I was meant to do one before but I forgot, I'll do it.

Woah dang, that looks pretty good! The style of the SNES fenceposts was replicated perfectly for this.

Thanks, I even made a comparison of the fence-posts from both the NES and SNES so I can have an idea on how I should make it.

It looks more atmospheric and weathered...

Yeah, when I was making this, it kinda felt like making sprites for a medieval-styled game (in a way).

Very well done. The shading and texture are really nice. Good use of the palette as well.

Thanks, the reason why I added two separate palettes is because of the colouring of the fence between the original SMAS and SMBX.

Awesome job on this sheet! I love how you used the art style of the fence.

Thanks, at first, I made a small comparison between the classic fence and the SMAS fence for reference.

I even used an 8x8 grid for it.

In all honesty, and it's not your fault, but one of the vegetables looks like a racist black stereotype.

It was probably in the original game and you only wanted to remake it, like I said, it's not your fault.

Awesome work on this sheet? Could I use this for a fangame?

Certainly, just gimme credit and it all yours.

Hi, Like the tileset, where you thinking of creating a SMAS version of the tile set with a background?

Also, have you ever heard of Super Mario Bros X? Some people have been importing your sprites onto it (with credit). If you wanna try the engine, I would suggest getting SMBX2 which is more relevant.

P.s. I remade the SMB1 castle end in a SMAS style, inspired by you.

You do realise the Kamek was already in Super Mario World? In fact, I think it was his first appearance.

Still nice though.
