Super Mario 64 Plus is a fork of the Super Mario 64 PC Port that focuses on customizability and aims to add features that not only fix some of the issues found in the base game but also enhance the gameplay overall with extra options. These features include (but not limited to): - More responsive controls - Improved camera - Extended moveset - The ability to continue the level after getting a star - Optional extra modes - 60FPS support via interpolation - Various bug fixes Please note that MFGG only hosts the launcher/builder for the game, and NOT the game itself. You will need to follow the steps given to you by the launcher and provide your own ROM file to build the game. Other necessary files will be downloaded by the launcher during this process, so an internet connection is required. Just a couple of things and suggestions: Blast Away the Wall in Whomp's Fortress seems impossible in Daredevil Mode without glitches due to the forced damage. Would it be possible to add an Exit Level option? I quite enjoy the Odyssey style staying inside worlds while you grab stars but once you leave the first floor it's very much a hassle going up/down a level to return to those levels SM64ex's Mario Odyssey Conversion mod has a feature where if you collect say the star from Whomp in Whomp's Fortress, the level transitions to the next act so rather than leaving and entering, one could just go up to the top again and grab the next star. Would adding something similar here be possible? Single issue: I seem to be getting very small lag spikes, I'm not sure if they're just audio or gameplay but they'll occur every now and then when something custom such as the notification of which star you've picked up is displayed. Given I'm running a 3900X and a 2080 at 1440p, 144hz I don't think this is a hardware problem.

This project is impressive, I managed to get the first star without any fuss, and the mouse controls for the camera are smooth and responsive. This is a perfect version of SM64 to computers

Hey, I saw the trailer and made an account only to ask if there's a mode or set of settings that I can use to experience Vanilla SM64. Ideally that would mean keeping all the original mechanics (and glitches), even though I would experience SM64 for the first time, so you can tell me anything and I would believe you. Also I don't have original SM64, and I don't actually plan to play it (too little free time sob), so this very act of writing all of this makes me question my priorities. Anyway I find beauty in the project, I appreciate it, so thanks for making it. -★

You can also use a tool like DS4Windows, BetterJoyForCemu, or 360ce depending on your controller.

Is there any chance you could make an option in the game to have coins bounce on lava instead of being destroyed. I am trying to get all coins in the game and it a constant annoyance when on of the bullies (in LLL) coin falls in the lava and I have to start over. Otherwise this is an amazing mod!

Is there a reason why this is in the games section instead of the mods (AKA hacks) sections? I haven't downloaded it yet, but from the looks of it, it seems to be a patch for a game (in this case a PC port of SM64), just like everything in the mods section. Is there a difference here?

I wish I was able to get this to work, but the instructions are vague and the page to get the original game doesn't get SM64, just some weird text box. Also, what folder is the z64 file in?

Is there a way to have the key-mapping respond to your actual keys? Or is that an actual update plan? It would be way easier to set up keyboard controls (or gamepad controls in general) if it went by the button the user pressed
