The collision is buggy because if there are 2 enemies next to eachother, you will die even if you jump on them. :(

That's because of y-checking. But, if you know collision_rectangle function, you can use it instead of checking y position and this bug will dissappear. I think it is not hard, is it? |

2 things how do you put the tiles in the background with the bg_tileset background? another thing; you could of made the koopa an object on default because it is a pain to edit. |
