Yes, this appears to be the case.

The other one was submitted in May; this one was submitted in April.

I believe 7/10 generally means a moderately good (positive) score. Seems to conflict a bit with your conclusion that it's a rather bad app.

I hear it's cool um could you try to make a version of this with game maker please?

There are tons of other engines made in Game Maker in the How-Tos section of the site. Just look around in it and you'll surely find something.

Expecting that fangame engines made for one development program also have versions made for other programs is unrealistic, I must say.

Fortunately I saved the AFD material last night.

Shading seems a bit inconsistent on some parts IMO. For instance, the rear-view pose has practically no shading except under the frill, but the first pose has plenty of shading on the backside of the Reznor.

I really like how the platform sprites came out, for whatever reason.

Also, why does almost everyone keep misspelling "Reznor" as "Renzor"? It's really not that hard to spell it correctly.

(I wouldn't have brought this up, but people have been misspelling it very frequently in other submission(s) too.)

...And this is why you're currently my favorite MFGG reviewer.

Something that not many reviews here have (including mine) are a clever sense of humor, but this one and other reviews of yours do, and are downright fun to read. Plus you tend to include a lot of detail where it matters.

Thumbs up!

the blue to gray shading looks disgusting and horrible

I really don't see the problem with it.

Pretty sure it's standard policy for people banned from the forums to be banned from the Wiki also.

Really nice stuff, especially the Mario and Luigi sprites.

It says renzor in the super mario world credits

I'm sure it says "Reznor" in the credits. Also I'm positive it says it in the SMW manual.

"Reznor" is the correct name.

On-topic, the sprites seem pretty decent to me. Why are the eyes far apart on one or two of the bottom poses, though?

Great idea to rip this stuff. It could come in very handy (especially for those people who make Wario games with UM's Wario engine but make everything in the game Mario-ish except for Wario).

Please continue adding more WLII graphics.

Why not up?

Because it's a lousy choice for a jump key in a game with more complex Mario-like controls.

If a key is needed for something equivalent to what Up on the + pad does in an official game, the Up arrow key can't very well do both that and jumping. Setting the "Up on +" functionality to a different key, moreover, would be counter-intuitive.

Seriously tired of people complaining about games that use Shift for jumping. It's quite comfortable to use left Shift for jumping and left Ctrl for B-button-type moves, and I have little patience for people who can't so much as figure out how to disable StickyKeys.

Reviews really, really need substantial material in every section.

The Gameplay section quite honestly contains nothing of value, and it's easily one of the most important sections in all reviews, so I can't say this review is significantly helpful.

Every time I look at this game, I am reminded that certain people shouldn't be allowed to submit reviews.

Err, hi this seems to be the only way that I can actually get my message across to you. How come I'm still banned on the message boards? It's pretty petty if you ask me, that's what? 3 years? or near enough anyway. I've not been around for along time, nor do I know why I was banned in the first place to be honest. I've recently rediscovered how good I am at game designing again while in my uni course. I plead for the administrators to please firstly reconsider my banning, to maybe explain why I was banned for 3 years in the first place, and perhaps come to some sort of agreement for me to rejoin the message boards at some point. I have much to submit to this site, since I haven't been on this site for god knows how long.
Either message me or email me please. thank you.

I'm not staff, and wasn't actually around on the boards yet when you were, but I do know some things about why you are permabanned, and if you really want to know the specifics that I'm aware of (though - no offense - I'm surprised if you don't realize why you got banned), you can ask me via PM on here or something.

Mostly had to do with being un-perma'd at one time, but continuing to break rules even afterward. If you are talking about your later account(s) asking to be allowed back on, the reason for re-banning was, of course, duping while permabanned.

At any rate, even though you're banned from the forums, you can still submit games on the main site like anyone else. You're quite welcome to show off your skills here. The message boards are technically unnecessary for MFGG fangaming activities.

The gameplay section of this review is worthless. It doesn't give any information of value - just says it's good. People will only care what's put in that section if you actually say something about WHY it's so good. This generally involves saying something about the things you do in the game, and how well the game works in what it's meant to do.

Especially plenty of valid support should be given to a 10/10 opinion, since it's an extreme score that can majorly bump up the score of a game. If everyone just went carelessly along throwing 10/10s about, a lot of games on this site (not referring to this one, which I haven't even played) would have undeservedly high scores, especially when compared with games that truly stand out.
