General Commentary and Game Overview

An alright Mario fangame with several large flaws.

Pros	Colorful graphics, interesting story, new villians.
Cons	Controls and tediousness.

Impressions

Gameplay 5 / 10	Mario is VERY slippery making landing on certain platforms very annoying. Interesting powerups which are sadly hard to aim. At the end of the game you need to collect 5,000 red crystals which takes FOREVER!!! Red crystals are rarely ever found in large groups and guess what? When you die you lose a TON of crystals both Blue AND Red. Why would someone include something as tedious as this? It's not even challenging! Just SO DANG TEDIOUS!
Graphics 9 / 10	Very colorful graphics. Not one level looks the same as another one.
Sound 10 / 10	All music from other games. Very very very fitting and just EPIC in general!
Replay 1 / 10	Due to the 5,000 red crystal grind at the end of the game I can't really see myself coming back to play this again.

Final Words

I would probably give this a 9 or maybe even a 10 if several of the fatal flaws were fixed.
